FanForge private-alpha support
How can we help?
Use the route that best matches the issue. Please do not send passwords, invitation tokens or unnecessary copies of private creative work.
Product feedback and bugs
Signed-in testers can use the bounded feedback form. It records the context you choose but does not automatically attach manuscript text, private Forge content or uploaded files.
Sign-in, invitations and account access
For a failed invitation, email-confirmation problem, inaccessible account or suspected unauthorised access, email forgemaster@joinfanforge.com. Include the affected email address and a description of the problem, but never your password or invitation link.
Safety, harassment or private information
Report urgent product-safety concerns, harassment or exposed personal information to forgemaster@joinfanforge.com. Include the public URL or Forge name where possible. FanForge is not an emergency service; contact the appropriate emergency service if someone is in immediate danger.
Copyright and creative ownership
If material appears to use your work without permission or attribution, email forgemaster@joinfanforge.com with your contact details, the location of the material, the basis of your concern and any supporting information. Do not publish sensitive evidence in a public comment.
Privacy and account closure
Requests to access, correct, export or delete personal information, or to close an account, should be emailed to forgemaster@joinfanforge.com. FanForge may need to verify your identity before acting. Some durable collaboration or attribution records may need to be restricted or de-identified rather than removed.
Response expectations
FanForge is founder-run during private alpha and does not yet offer a guaranteed response time or continuous support. Account-security, safety and privacy issues will be prioritised. If you have not received a response, reply to the original email rather than sending passwords or access credentials.
